Explore your energy field.

Pure chance, or something more?

Do you influence the message that appears?

Do your thoughts lean the outcome?

Does intention move random matter?

This project is an invitation to explore the space between belief and physics, between the digital and the spiritual. The message that appeared was meant for you.

How my experiment started.

In the late 1980s, researcher René Peoc’h conducted an experiment. He programmed a small robot to generate movements randomly. Baby chicks were brought in who bonded with the robot as their mother. When the baby chicks were later placed in a cage at one side of the room, the robot—driven by a pure random event generator—spent most of its time near them.

This was recorded again and again: intention bent randomness. The intention had influence over a machine. Which led me to a random event fortune generator.

Where do Digital and Craft intersect?

A piece of hardware is embedded in the physical art. When tapped, it opens a portal, a webpage coded with a random fortune generator.

The technology is minimal but intentional: a simple trigger that enables chance to meet consciousness.

No data is tracked, no identity stored. What emerges on your screen is a single message, drawn from probability—yet influenced by your attention.

This is where craft becomes interface.

“In the abundant mindset, the river never runs dry. Ideas are always coming through.”
- Rick Rubin

Ceramic Computer

꩜ Ceramics or Air Dry Clay

What happens when a piece of earth becomes an interface? What happens when you combine 2 things on opposite ends of the spectrum? What happens when something ancient holds something digital? By embedding code inside clay, I’m creating a new kind of interface.

The ceramic computer is my way of exploring a future where software meets craft.
Where interaction is slow and novel.
Where digital experiences could be shaped by hands.

Tap for Portal

꩜NFC Chips + Code

Inside each object lives a tiny NFC chip.
When tapped, it opens a webpage — a small piece of software designed to generate a message using probability.

This simple gesture turns the ceramic into an interface.

The technology is intentionally minimal. There are no accounts, no tracking, no data captured — only a single moment of interaction between you and the system.

Chance does its work. But intention is invited to be part of the equation.

꩜A STUDY IN INTENTION & CHANCE

Each finished piece is a tiny portal a tiny experiment in how desire, attention, and randomness interact.

When you tap, a message appears.
It is drawn from probability, yet shaped by your presence.

This work is not about predicting the future.
It is about noticing how meaning emerges when a human meets a system.

Craft becomes interface. And the moment you engage completes the piece.
